Ask in line with God’s will. Oh boy. “Now how do I discover God’s will for me?” you may ask. Well, one quick tip on knowing God’s will is found in Romans 12:2: “Don’t copy the behavior and customs of this world, but let God transform you into a new person by changing the way you think. Then you will learn to know God’s will for you, which is good and pleasing and perfect.” In other words, your Christian transformational journey helps you to know God’s will, and when you pray in line with God’s will, He answers.

God already makes His home with His children. So, if you are His child, then please respond by making Him your home. When you do this, your life overflows with His will, and when you are in God’s will, your prayers will be in line with this, and as we shared in Monday’s B.O.O.M Tip, God answers prayers that are in line with His will. John 15:1-7.

PUT GOD’S BUSINESS FIRST: So you might have been reading the tips on this topic so far and thinking, “But how do I get GOD to meet my everyday needs?” Simple. God promises that if you pour your energy into His purposes in the earth, the by-product will be that He will add to you all that you need. Matthew 6:33 – Seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness…

You might have been following the B.O.O.M Tips this week and are thinking, “This is hopeless for someone like me who is just trying to get God to meet my needs. I don’t know God’s will, I’m not even sure what it means to seek the Kingdom of God.” Well, God is soooo merciful. There’s room for you at the table.

Here’s my tip: ASK ANYWAY. God sees your heart and He loves to indulge people who come to Him in genuine faith that He can and will supply their needs. It is His will that you trust Him enough to tell Him your heart’s desires. It is His will to demonstrate to you how much He loves you, by meeting your needs.

So, ask anyway; do it with a pure and humble heart, and then … watch that space
